In this video Tom demonstrates some fitness drills and shows you some simple and easy to follow exercises that you can do at home very little or no equipment. These exercises are all designed specifically for table tennis fitness and will work on the key areas that are important to be strong in for performing well. We have other different fitness videos on the Academy, but this video will focus on exercises you can do at home that are quick and easy but still provide great benefit.
