Improving wide forehand movement

Moving out to the wide forehand area is often tricky and an area where players find it difficult to get to and recover from in the court. So this video looks at the footwork, body position and weight transfer needed to make getting out to your wide forehand less of a struggle and more controlled. We also look at the recovery once you have moved out to the wide forehand and how to make sure you get back to a neutral position and cover the table and stop yourself having to drop back.
