Multi-ball is a brilliant tool for improving your speed and reactions to shots and well as the efficiency of your strokes, this video looks at a drill to focus on improving your recovery between shots. Recovery can often be the difference between playing 3 or 4 quality shots in a row or breaking down and making a mistake, the top players in the world all have fantastic recovery which allows them to get back to a neutral position in order to be ready for the next shot early. In this video we demonstrate a drill you can use to work on your recovery and anticipation between shots.
