We often talk about how vital the area of serve and return is in table tennis and how spending time working on it will help you improve. In this video we want to take things back to basics and explain how an effective float serve can help simplify things for you but also give your opponents something else to think about. Sometimes players can over complicate things when serving and cause themselves problems with awkward spin coming back to them. A good float serve can force the opponents to be more cautious when returning and play safer, giving you a chance to get on the front foot.
