In a previous video we have looked at the importance of getting behind the ball on the backhand, this video now focuses on a more advanced use of shifting your body weight to help add control and maintain stability in the rally with your backhand. It’s not always possible in table tennis to have time to sidestep and get behind the ball on your backhand, sometimes you need to shift your weight quickly to keep control on your shots and be in a good position, and that is what we will demonstrate in this video
