Hey Vishal, So I had a look at the video you sent and i think you’ve got some very good fundamentals and technique, the biggest thing that will help you straight away is to rally focus on being more relaxed in your arm and body, trying to slow down a touch and really feel the contact on the ball and also keeping shorter strokes. I think if you were able to spend some time on these key things you’d already start to see a huge difference in your consistency and control you have in your game. Let me know if you have nay questions on this. Tom

One very simple thing that can help you do this is focus on having a more loose and relaxed grip, this will transfer to the rest of the arm and body as well.

Another trick I find that has helped me is trying think more about my footwork and movement and disconnecting this from your upper body, imagine a duck on the water the top half is calm and relaxed but under the water it’s feet are moving fast. So you want to try to get this upper and lower body split!
