Yes that’s right, I use Genesis M both sides and I’m pretty sure Dan is using tenergy 05 right now on both sides.
Some people do prefer a softer rubber on the backhand side for the control and feel it can give you. The Vega pro rubbers are very good I think, but it seems fine to me to try a few other backhand rubbers. There’s no real guidelines because equipment is quite a personal thing and your own preference.
So try a few and see, but what I would say is give each one a fair test and amount of time and once you find a rubber you like, stick with it. Doing this is much better than changing equipment a lot and not allowing yourself to get used to it and adjust. Hope that helps, and any other questions feel free to comment back here 🙂
