Ive had a look at your match, I see your in Sweden that’s great I also play matches there.
So there are a few main things after watching this video that I would recommend to focus on right now. The first is looking to tey to prepare and get your forehand into play as much as you can, so that means perhaps bringing your right leg back slightly more.
The next is to do with position at the table, I noticed quite often after each shot you drop back from the table so try to force yourself to stay close and keep your body leaning forward, staying nice and low.
The last thing is just trying to focus on your opening topspin and improving and working onnthese shots, they are very important to start the rallies in a positive way and be more aggressive. I think there were a few times when you were slightly to soft woth your shots and not aggressive enough to put pressure on your opponent.
