Injury
Hey Dan and Tom,
I twisted my ankle while playing today. What should I do to ensure a timely recovery? Should I take a few days off?

Hey Sweetiele,
Yes definitely, take a few days off and make sure you rest well. Use ice on your ankle this will speed up the recovery time. Here is quite a good video, once your pain has gone you want to do some exercises to develop strength in your ankle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ncPlR_2_Lg
Once you are completely eliminated from pain and 100% match fit it would be good for you to start doing some skipping. This increases your strength in your ankles and will minimise the chance for future injuries.
