Hey Sweetiele,
Thanks for supplying a video for us to analyse, great stuff.
Looking good, I like your timing point your contacting the ball at the top of the bounce on both the forehand and backhand side. On the forehand you need to add more rotation from the waist and shoulders, this will help your get more control and enable better recovery time. Secondly, you want to bend your knees a bit more, stay low so you can move across quicker using your body to rotate into the ball. This will really help when your playing the wide forehand.
You have a very solid strong game. I feel improving your footwork and strength is going to give you a lot more consistency and quality on the ball. Have a look at some of our fitness videos: https://tabletennisdailyacademy.com/videos-category/fitness/ This will really help you become more compact and quicker around the table.
Keep your weight forward, bend your knees and have your weight just slightly on the balls of your feet.
The wide forehand your robot is set to, can you make it not go as wide? It could be worth for the time being bringing it more to the middle. Work on this area and then start to extend the rather further wide to your forehand.
Looking good Sweetiele! Hope this helps and keep up the good work 🙂
