Hi Reece, the great thing with tenergy 05 is that it’s a very flexible rubber, so you can play a European style bit nore bet arm loop and it still works great using a Chinese style loop too. I think the beat way is to experiment with what you feel most comfortable with.
You may find you get more power with a Chinese style loop but find the recover and consistency better with a European style, so try both and see which feels most natural to you.
