Hey maks, this is very good training, doing these irregular type drills. A couple of things I noticed that will help you, firstly your feet are a little bot square, so try to bring your right foot back further, this will help you cover the table with your forehand easier and also get balls played into your middle much easier too.

I think also you need to be on your toes a bit more and active with your legs so you don’t get stuck and you can move quicker. I think this is often why you end up with your arm close to your body as you mentioned. Your overall technique is very good on both sodes the main area for you to focus on would be footwork I’d say.

Another small thing that may help is when playing your forehand as you backswing tey to straighten your arm slightly to get more snap as you come through and contact the ball. Let us know how you gind these tips!
