Yes it can definitely be used for that as Falck does although it isn’t easy of course. You can hit through a long spinny loop with a harder flat shot with Rakza PO or other similar rubbers. You can play with a slightly more open bat compared to a reverse high spin rubber.
You need to have a quick and firm contact on the ball and hitting these shots at the top of the bounce is very important as you have less margin for error.
