Hi Resznotes, Yes this is a god way to think about the contact on backhand and forehand shots. Yes that’s right for topspin against topspin you can aim for about 1 or 2 o’clock like you said, if there is a lot of topspin or you can accelerate very well then you can almost hit right over the top at 12 o’clock.
