Hey, everyone is slightly different when preparing for a tournament but I try to focus on my strengths and how to get them into play, also trying to make sure I eat and drink well before the tournament, like nothing too heavy and plenty of water etc. Also it’s quite nice to take your mind totally off the event for a while, just zone out with a movie or some music to make sure you are mentally fresh for the rnthe event too.
Lastly I would say lokk forward to it and enjoy it, this is usually when you can perform your best! 🙂
