Hi Tom thanks for reply. That’s exactly the drill I thought is serve recover for 3rd ball then open up and shuffle ready for 5th ball. I think to start I would always open up to fixed point to make it easy for my blocker and get him to also always block/counter to say my fh just to get recovery right. No point me opening up to random spots as if he can’t block then exercise would break down. Also one thing I also identified was that my Bh 5th ball attack isn’t always strong. If I get 5th ball to my fh it’s great but a 5th for my Bh I tend to guide and this is the same whether it’s following Fh open up or Bh open up. I think I hold back and just need to trust my Bh 5th ball.
Another thing I know is my transition from Bh to fh is great but from fh to Bh sometimes lack a powerful shot from my Bh.
