Answer for Technique Analysis

Hey, no worries at all. The bending and rising is exactly what I mean and building in that pause to break the shot into 2 parts, this has helped a lot of people we work with to improve this area. I think a 45 degree angle would be good for us to see when playing the forehand loop.

I’ve also just has a look at the backhand loop video you sent above. I think you’ve got the basics of the technical part pretty good. Again my biggest feedback would be getting yourself lower in the legs and with your body weight more forward. Right now you contact the ball quite far away form the body which will make you loose control. Ideally you want to contact these backhands fairly close to the body and at the top of the bounce for maximum control and stability.

You can also see as you hit the ball your head tends to lift up slightly each time, to really trying to stay down and lean more into the shots will help the consistency. I do really like your wrist acceleration but I feel when you contact the ball closer to you, the forearm and elbow will come more I to play and add a lot of energy and strength in the shot without more effort.

Hope that all makes sense, let me know of any questions on that!
