Coach CornerTechniqueslobber-vs-pips

Hi Guys,
I’m submitting a video of me playing a lobber in a tournament yesterday. To be fair I pulled a glute muscle during an earlier match, but still struggled with my form. Any criticism on to help me against lobbers is appreciated. Sorry foe the video quality, its from the clubs website.
Thanks in advance
Lem

Hi,
You general tactic here looks to be exactly what is needed. Moving the player in and out and going for the corners.
There seemed to be some inconsistency in the smash itself. Try to take the ball around head height and use your body to turn down on to the ball rather than just smashing from the shoulder.
Check out the video here for a deeper explanation.

Thanks for the response. This is my third time facing this opponent in tournament’s. He’s rated about 400 points higher. I’m getting closer to beating him, he just wears me out and my form just falls apart. I’ll try to improve my consistency and my stamina.
