I would say that out of these 2 options the Tenergy 05fx would be better for you, with a softer sponge it’s a little more forgiving and requires less effort and technical skills than to use Dignics 09c well.
Of course every player is different and it’s about finding what your comfortable with, but overall I’d say that Tenergy 05fx is a more user friendly rubber, even if it is slightly faster.
