Hey! Ok so I think at some point every single table tennis player has been through this feeling no matter what level! I would say the main thing to do right now is try to go back to playing for enjoyment and not too many matches or pressure games etc, just simply to play and have fun and get some exercise. this is a good way to get back to the reason you started playing. Don’t think about trying to improve or fix habits, maybe just some drills or things you find fun to do. I am 100% sure eventually when you start enjoying again after a while you’ll get the bug back for improving and results will turn around in the long run. But the most important part is that you enjoy it and get the fun element back for now.

It’s such a complex sport and as you said your time is limited you want to enjoy it when you do get to play! So for now I would say just take the pressure off and have some fun!
