Answer for Staying aggressive against better players

Hey Kevin, usually against the better players it comes down a lot to serve and return and if you can keep it tight in these areas. Often the better players are strong in these areas and can stop you getting in first. So having a good focus and working on keeping good quality short serves and returns will definitely help you.

Also practicing a lot of serve and then starting with a positive topspin to get into that habit will help you. On both forehand and backhand trying to spin well and deep in the table. The other thing that I have found that helps is the way you think, if you are playing a better player and they get in the attacks and get you on the defensive they will often end up winning anyway. S your best chance is to attack them and put them under pressure, this way it will help you stay positive and think about trying to be the one who is aggressive. Hope this help and let us know how you are getting on! Tom 🙂
