Hey Jean-Michel, ok so I think a lot of these problems you mentioned are connected and fixing one or 2 of them will help all the others too. Mostly it’s to do with positioning and your movement around the table so spending time working on some regular footwork drills will be very good for you. So for example 2 backhands, 2 forehands into the opponents backhand block, then you can focus on going at a controlled speed and thinking about your footwork and distance from the table, so staying a bit back on the backhand which should also help you hitting the ball more in front on your forehand as you will have more time when you then switch and move.
The other thing that can really help is focusing more on your timing point and hitting at the top of the bounce, with the forehand issue you mentioned and hitting the ball to late a good way to help this is focus on hitting at the top of the bounce but also getting ready for the shot earlier, so thinking about taking your bat back quicker and earlier on your backswing to give yourself more time to swing through and hit the ball in front of you.
The last thing I would say is something that will help all of these problems you mentioned and that is trying to be relaxed in the upper body and the arm and grip, often if you are tense it can make movement more difficult and even mess up your timing point as well. So try to be active and quick with your legs and on the balls of your feet but still keep the upper half relaxed and focus on being smooth in your movements. I hope this helps and anything else just let us know. Dan 🙂
