Hey Lennart, so from what you’ve said I would say definitely stick to the same blade, the innerforce style blades like the long 5 are great because they have good control at lower speed shots but power when you need it. For the forehand as this is your more confident and aggressive side I would keep the tenergy 05 this is a classic top end rubber and very good for a topspin game.
It’s also important to have equipment you are comfortable and confident with so keeping it mostly the same will help you improve faster.
For the backhand I would probably suggest trying Dignics 05, this is still really nice for blocking and has that crisps feeling but I think you’ll find you have a bit more control for open ups and topspin shots that you are looking for.
