Question about Equipment and playing Style

Hi so my current Equipment that i Play starting with the Wood IS Donic Person Power Play and my forhand Rubber IS Tibhar Genius Optimum + and my Backhand Rubber Is Donic Bluestorm Turbo Z1. My Trainer told me for my playing Style that i like to Take the ball early with the backhand with a short Stroke this Wood is to slow especially on dead Balls and i also notice It by myself. The think Is i am a Player that really Likes to have control but also i want to produce very high Speed. And my question is do you also think that my Wood Limits my Game a Lot or you think this Is Not this critical because He sad really IT could make a big difference with a different Wood do you also agree with this and what Wood and rubbers you would suggest me ?

Hey Gabriel, equipment is a tricky one because it is very personal and comes down a lot to what you like and feel comfortable with. I would say to get power in the modern game it’s for sure much easier with a carbon blade, but of course some people don’t like the feeling of carbon. I think the rubbers you have are fine for now, with equipment it’s important to not change too much, so if you are thinking about getting a different blade I would keep the same rubber set up for now. Gabriel KozakevychYes my rubbers are ok but maybe because my wood Is a all around Wood it can generate to less Speed on dead Balls with No Energy in the backhand. So i notice If i want with a early Timing on a dead ball to generate Speed i have much Problems there with the backhand i feel the only possibility Ro generate good Speed is with large Body Rotation. Because of this maybe If i buy a faster wood It could help her a lot do you think this also in my Situation becuase its a all Around Wood to beginning Stage of offensive ?
