Hey Alex, wow I can see this shot has improved a lot from older videos you have sent in so that’s great! It looks a lot more smooth and relaxed which will help you get more spin and have good control so keep that up. I would say against backspin you can even drop the bat slightly lower below the ball as it comes in and get even more safety on our shots without losing much speed.
Also just make sure your wrist is nice and loose and you are releasing it through the shot, this will again help with spin and also placing the ball where you want. But overall it looks great keep it up! Dan 🙂
