The best way to avoid changing your game against weaker players is to give yourself a focus point that you want to keep improving for your matches. For example if you want to improve your forehand spin up against a push, try to set yourself a target amount to get into play each set this helps keep the focus and still make it valuable. Or even try to set yourself targets for the score so for example keeping your opponent under 6 points each set. The other thing that can be useful is testing out new serves etc that maybe you wouldn’t do against stronger players, a good way to get them some match realistic practice!
