That’s great to hear you enjoy the videos and the website!
It’s usually a combination of both which adds to the control of the blade to be honest. Most likely the off- will still be slightly quicker than what you currently have. My best suggestion is to use and all wood balde which gives a lot of control for developing your shots. If you still find this is too quick, going to something with more control than Tenergy may help as it is very quick. Something like Abdro Rasanter R47 or stiga DNA Pro medium of Joola Ryzher. All these are similar and have more control than Tenergy.
