Yes its actually a very effective shot when used with a low friction rubber like Dr.Neubauer as well! Passive blocks work well too but if you can mix this in withba more aggressive chop type block with more acceleration then it’s more difficult for the opponents to deal with. If you can take the ball early off the bounce with the frictionless rubbers it can work very well.
