Hi Michael. Apologies on the slow reply. Ok so there are a few options. The first one is working on your push to make it deeper in the table and also faster and lower. this will make it much more difficult for the opponents to attack. Also you can try to touch the ball back short over the net, this works well when there is a bit of backspin on the serve because it’s less likely the ball will pop up high.
The last option is to work on your backhand and forehand flick, which gives you an option to be more positive and play a more attacking shot on your return.
