Ok so with the heavy spin balls, try not to drop back from the table but wait for the timing slightly longer, if you try to counter heavy topspin balls too early they can fly out easily. So you need to keep your weight forward and a short shot still but take a bit more time on these shots and let the ball drop after the top of the bounce slightly. This way the spin effect is a bit less and you can counter more easily.
