Thanks for the video, towards the end of the clips when you are doing 2 backhands 2 forehands and the falkenberg drill it will definitely benefit your footwork and you could actually see you were more on your toes and moving better.
I would just try to focus also on getting your opponent to block anywhere in your forehand half or even 3/4 of the table and playing forehands. Just slowing down the shots at first and really think about being on your toes and sharp with the movements, because in the beginning of the video I can see exactly what you mean, you are quite flat footed and using a lot of body movement.
