Hey Casper, so I think it looks like you are doing really well with the pimples! I think if you can speed up the drills and really get used to swapping quickly between the pimples and your forehand this will help a lot. Also if you can try to get the contact with the pimples the same as you are but just a little bit earlier on the contact, this will make the effect of the ball stopping for your opponent even more and make it more difficult for their timing.
I think in the last video when you are chopping, if you can get down a bit lower in your legs it will help keep the chopping low and also help your movement when switching across and also make it easier to move into he table when someone plays a push or drop shot.
