Answer for Number of schemas ?

Hey Wister, ok so I’ve read through and I understand what you mean. The main thing I would say is try to keep things as simple as possible. Whenever I serve I try to prepare for what the noat likey return will be, but realistically there can be so many returns from your serve so you can never be 100% sure to set up and play a certain shot after you serve.

I would definitely reduce the amount of different serves you do,just in the begging and get really used to and confident with the type of returns that most often happen with each one. Then as you get very used to them you can gradually introduce more different serves or variations of spin or placement.

Also in your mind don’t feel you have to put things into exact plans or tactics, it’s good to have some structure in your mind when playing but if you over think this it can stop you making natural decisions. So just focus on keeping things simple and using the serves which you find most often set up your strengths 🙂
