Thanks for your prompt attention Dan! Yes it does help, slowing down the game, picking the right shots, enjoy the experience and I’ll keep that in mind. The anger starts when top spinning backhand forehand becomes difficult to repeat consistently as I can do against conventional players , could you please elaborate what does anti spin actually do , I find the returns flatter and  very slow which breaks the timing/tempo and since there is no weight on the ball its harder for me to consistently get the right timing of my spin shots , could you please advise what modification spin shots require ?? or should push more till I get a good opportunity ? Should it be a flatter push ?  if you can please share a few options/strokes , I will start practicing them too, it will be very helpful if you can do a video of it  whenever its convenient for you
