I have another video regarding the forehand top-spin shot. Honestly, I think that the technique may have undergone several variations and landed at what it is in the video. At this point, I am a bit lost and can’t seem to improve the consistency further. Do you have any suggestions?
Personally, I think that from a consistency point of view, my biggest problem is that I take the shot either too early or too late. I’m not sure if this is due to a lack of technique or lack of the ability to judge the incoming shot (reaction, coordination). This is also the case during gameplay. What do you think?
Also, can you provide a comment on the feet position?
The robot fires a back-spin ball and is loaded with different balls so the amount of spin on the balls also varies a bit.
