Answer for serve-receive

Hey Dan. Great thanks for that. One thing that was mentioned in one of the videos of yours was the fact you don’t need to get tons of spin of disguise is good. Over the past 8 months one thing I have done well is disguise what serves has lots of backspin and what has a little top. It’s not the kind of top that kicks but when opponent has touched thinking it has backspin it pops up for my 3rd ball attack. That has worked really well when I have been able to play some friendly matches.
One thing I need to work on is the follow through action that higher levels of players have doing some other action after contact to disguise serve. I can do that somewhat but what I find is quality of serve drops! It’s very tricky to contact ball and recoil away and do another action to disguise and still get the same quality. So that aspect needs a lot of work. But by time we get to league matches and British league again hopefully I have strong serves.

also doing a no spin float serve by contact back of rubber rather than front and making it look like I have put heavy back spin has worked wonders!!
