Hey Emil, wow yeah definitely some good progress here in the movement and having a loose grip and accelerating well, great work!
I would say taking a bit more time between each serves when practicing will really help, make sure your hand with the ball is still and you get yourself into he same routine before you serve. This will help the consistency for sure, just by slowing down and making sure you have a flat hand as well when you throw the ball up.
Also maybe now is bringing in a bit more twist from the waist and body, this has already improved I think but it can definitely help with the acceleration. Lastly really trying to get the wrist snap which Pär talks about quite a bit, this will be the next step in getting more spin in the serves.
Really good improvement though Emil so keep up the training it’s paying off!
