Thanks for the nice comments about the video, and that’s a fantastic idea on the importance of staying low! We’ll create that one very shortly so keep an eye out.
As you said because these are habits it can take some time for it to become natural and not think about it. A good tip is when your playing, between points get on your the balls of your feet and skip quickly side to side and then drop nice and low with knees bent. This way hopefully both those elements will be at the front of your mind right before the point starts.
Also think about keeping your head the same level throughout the point and when moving around the court and not moving up and down which will make sure you are staying low, it can be tough on the legs but it will build strength and consistency. Give that a try and anything else let us know!
