Yes that would be great if you could get a robot for your table at home, I think the garage size should be no problem at all. There are a couple of places that sell robots and they do have some more reasonably priced ones, Bribar table tennis, table tennis direct and teesport are probably the best places to look in the UK. Not sure if they have them in stock at the moment as I know a while back during the lockdown they all sold out!
If not I’m sure there are other options on places like amazon as you mentioned, you don’t need to have anything too expensive or crazy as I think a simple one will work for most people just working on good technique and some basic movement stuff. Hope you manage to get hold of one!
