Hey Rasmus,
Glad yto hear you found an equipment set up which you feel comfortable with. I would say your overall technique is very good and you have strong basics, a few things that will help you progress are firstly trying to always maintain a low crouched body position throughout all the shots especially as you seem to be quite tall!
Also on your backhand side try to keep your right for back a little more, the position you have is fine if you are just playing backhands but with the right foot back more it will be much easier to switch onto your forehand did eabd also play forehands in the middle/crossover area.
In your forehand again the technique is strong, I definitely feel you can be more relaxed on this side though, the movement is nice but a little tense and the lower arm doesn’t get as much acceleration through the ball then. So really focus on having a loose relaxed arm and trying to get the bat speed through the contact area to be high, and of course trying to keep brushing over the ball well.
And again I feel your forehand is much better when you manage to stay lower in the legs and body position. These are fairly small changes but if you can do them well you’ll 100% see the difference. You’ve got great foundations to improve a lot so keep it up! Any questions on that just give me a message on here 🙂
