Answer for training-for-competition

Hi Guys. Just a quick one regarding training as 1.5 weeks left before the grandprix and training and form has been good. As you know I train at gym also but plan is this week May be my last in terms of weight training so allows my muscles not to be stiff. 
TT training has been very good with a lot of match play recently against various players. Serve and 3rd ball fh seems to be on point as well as general game play. Since sycamore few weeks ago my Bh seems to have automatically got into groove with much more intent and positivity. It’s just strange how at sycamore I was a bit safe and soft with Bh and since then I have been very balance of knowing when to block and when to really attack. 

question how would you train now leading upto the comp. I have been doing quite a bit of irregular work as well as training strengths and there has been alot of match play. I have hit very good form past 2 wks and one aspect might be after sycamore I took few days off and since training I haven’t over trained. I was supposed to train yday but felt very tired so skipped it but this week will be training tonight thur and fri. 

so advice of how to train for next few sessions. Next wk I intend to train mon tue and possibly thurs lightly. 

Regardless of results I just want to go into the comp and play and perform well.
