This is great Deep, a lot of useful areas and points you’ve mentioned here and totally agree with you mate you trained with its vital to not move to early, try to wait until you know where the ball is going an staying neutral saves a lot of time and wasted energy!
Also with the returning serves that will really help playing against a different variety of them and also against the stronger players, it will only help you to adapt and get used to the level of spin etc. The kick to kick training is very good too as it often happens in matches now with players always trying to attack early and close to the table. Being able to do a small counter on these shots will really help. Keep up the good work!
