No problem Deep, yeah I think that’s the best way to get more confidence with this area. To a fixed point as you say because you’ll be able to keep the drill going exactly. When playing a 5th ball on the backhand a good tip is trying to keep your bat high and get over the top of the ball, this will hive you more confidence to go for it and trust you can play strongly.

Of course try to brush over the top of the ball and not contact it too flat both these things will help. On the switching from forehand to backhand these same tips will help and also practice playing a strong forehand and then trying to keep the speed when changing across to the backhand
