Answer for training-routine

Ideally multi ball would work great for continuous drills like one chop feed followed by a topspin feed. Then not relying on blocker to be accurate.
I may fire more training related questions so apologies in advance buddy! ?
I do have a match related question, one of my old team mates from another club is one of my training partners and his style when returning a back spin serve is always a push regardless of length. I don’t know why but his first thought always seems to be push. So tactics wise when serving would you predominantly serve long knowing he won’t attack and just prepare for 3rd ball open up? Secondly I have always practiced to attack but sometimes u can get a awkward return and not always in optimal position to 3rd ball attack. Now while playing him knowing he won’t always attack first would u advise to push the odd ball back and wait for next one or attack regardless?

sometines in a game I can do a not so powerful 3rd ball and end up getting blocked or countered and I think that I actually don’t have to be so attacking I can afford to be a touch passive for one shot then look for a more powerful attack as he won’t attack first 9/10 times anyway?
