Answer for Trials

Hey Sean, yeah I can understand that can make your nervous. The best thing I would say is just to try to focus on your strengths and what you do well and don’t overthink about your weaknesses, as long as you go there and give your absolute best and show a good attitude where you work hard and never give up that’s sometimes the most important thing and what coaches want to see. Physically I would say just be well rested and get plenty of sleep before you go there to be fresh and really able to put maximum energy into the session.
