Great to see you trying to be positive and competing. 
From a technical view, I would suggest trying to shorten your forehand topspin stroke. This would make the recovery time quicker and make it more consistent. Try to use less shoulder to generate power and concentrate the arm movement from the elbow down towards your bat. Also, this may help your backhand because you will have more time to pull your bat back and generate more speed and spin from your backhand side.

Also, you should try to attack more of the long serves. You pushed quite often when there was the chance to gain the advantage and attack. Just try to develop confidence in your topspin shots and I’m sure this can be quickly implemented into your game.
