Hey guys, I’m having an issue where I keep missing the ball completely when topspinning the ball. It’s really frustrating because I lose the point outright. If I try going forwards with the shot then it just goes straight down in the net. What should I do?

Hey Hamza, this normally happens due to mistiming the shot or being off balance when hitting the shot as well. The key thing to do is to try to set yourself with a solid feet position and then wait for the ball to be at the top of the bounce before playing the shot. Also being sure to brush across the ball and give it a good spin which will add a lot more safety to the contact of the shot.
Lastly I would say just take your time and slow down a bit if you find this keeps happening, try to focus on consistency and just being controlled which will at least force your opponents to play another shot.
