Hey! A good way to strengthen wrists is to use a bowl or a bucket or rice and to grab handfuls and twist in circles this is very good for wrist power and also grip strength. You can also use light weights and do wrist curls, but it’s important not to use too much weight, just very light weight ms are enough or the rice bucket as I mentioned I think is even better!
