Hello tom and Dan i have played tablet tennis about 2 year and i am getting pretty decent, but i decide to go back to basic to get food teknic can you tell me how my forehand drive is ?

Hey Tim,

That’s great, it’s always good to go back to basics and have solid technique so I think you are doing the right thing to keep improving. Overall your forehand drive is looking good and nice and controlled. Just a couple of small things that I think will help you, first is making sure your bat angle stays the same all the way through the shot, so it should be slightly closed and still maintain that position at the end of the shot.

Also I think you can be a bit more loose and relaxed in your elbow so that your lower part of the arm is able to be used more in the shot, the drive should hinge slightly from the elbow. I also think staying low and with your body forward will help, but all these things are very small changes your overall technique is solid and looks good so keep up the training!

Thanks i try to get the angle at the same position throughout the shot but egen i do that i need to hold tight in my wrist do you have any suggestion to improve that
