Forehand Topspin help
Hey Tim, Your forehand looks good! To keep improving try to think about keeping your arm more relaxed so you can get more whip from the elbow and lower part of the arm. Also I think your action can be made a bit more smooth so your are getting more brush and contacting the ball a bit more softly. So go for a touch more back swing with a quick but smooth acceleration.
You have a good body rotation but at the end of the shot sometimes your bat angle opens up, it should stay closed all the way through the shot, so think about you bat angle staying the same all the way through and even after you contact the ball. If you can make these small changes I think you will see a big difference to the shot quality!
Thanks Dan so relaxing more , and more smoot contact what about the bat angle struggle to hafe det same angle how can i improve this factor
Yes that’s right, both of those things will help. The bat angle keeping it closed is important, a good way to get this right is imagine the bat is following one straight line through the shot, or you are drawing a straight line through the ball with the front edge of the bat and maintain the angle, give that a try and see if you find it helps.
Thanks Dan Will try it
Hello Dan is this Better?

Hey Tim, That definitely looks better! Your bat angle is staying more closed now and you are more relaxed which is good. I would say just keep working on a bit more relaxed snap from the elbow and getting the lower arm more involved in the shot and the back swing, but good improvements already Tim, Keep up the training!

Is this Better?
Hey Tim, This looks good, very smooth now. I would just say at the moment most of the action comes from the body which is good but just try to get your arm straighten and open out more as you back swing, at the moment if you look you can see as you swing back your arm is still quote bent. If you can get this part working together with what you already have then this will be fantastic and mean you get a lot more acceleration in the shot too. Great work Tim!
so more straight backswing
Yeah so pretty much the same but more as you back swing open out your arm more straight from the elbow and then as you come through the shot snap the elbow more closed so it ends about 90 degrees.
Okay thanks Dan Will try to do so
